EXCHANGES & RETURNS

At EPNY, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. While we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following guidelines:

No Refunds: All sales are final. EPNY does not offer refunds for any reason.

Exchanges & Store Credit: We gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit for eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase.

International Orders: We cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or credit requests for international orders, including orders to Canada.

Customized or Embroidered Items: Items that have been embroidered or customized in any way are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Third-Party Purchases: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party vendors or retailers.

Processing Time: Please allow up to two weeks for us to process your exchange or issue store credit.
